I don't like it when people bring faith into the abortion topic, and since that is the only basis of the "Pro-Life" (suggesting that others are against it???) That being said, a fetus is not have any form of brain function until 13 weeks. It does not feel pain until the third trimester as it does not have a developed nervous system.
The fetus is not considered a fetus until the 9th week. Before that it is a zygote (blob of cells)
