Taking Stock
As
I first look at my work, it’s cool to see all the changes that I have made and
how I have progressed as the semester has continued.
I love being able to
reflect back and see the things I did at the beginning of the semester compared
to now and be able to know without being told that there are errors and I know
how to fix them. At the beginning of my work, I can see many things that were
errors that I know are habitual from high school, and I am proud to say I can
fix those now and the habits have been broken. I would like my teacher to know
that the pieces of work I turn in truly are reflections of how I have grown as
a writer and that they really do reflect how I have grown as a writer
throughout the semester. They weren’t thrown together at the last second and I
really did take the time to work on this portfolio.
